新加坡南洋理工大学理学院由四个下属的二级学院组成，分别是亚洲环境学院；生物科学学院；化学、化工与生物技术学院、物理与数学科学学院。

院长寄语

化学、化工与生物技术学院(CCEB)
The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB)


化学、化工与生物技术学院（CCEB）是新加坡南洋理工大学理学院旗下新的一所跨学科二级学院，成立于2022年8月，由物理与数学科学学院的化学生物与化学系和化学与生物医学工程学院合并而成，由理学院和工学院联合办学。

学院在有机和无机化学、物理化学、化学工程和生物工程方面拥有世界一流的教育水平和研究项目。学院的目标是培养能够面向未来的学生，在化学品制造、医疗保健、能源和食品等行业领域迎接新的挑战。

学院提供多个学士学位课程，包括理学学士（B.Sc.）和工程学士（B.Eng.），以及新推出的工程科学学士（b.e g. sci），涵盖化学、化学工程和生物工程的学术领域。这些课程为包括基础科学、工程和医学等不同领域的广泛知识领域提供了基础。此外，学院还有博士、研究型硕士和授课型硕士项目。

物理与数学科学学院

物理与数学科学学院由两个系组成，分别是数学科学系和物理与应用物理系。

亚洲环境学院(ASE)是一所专注于地球科学、生态学、社会和地球系统之间联系的多元化院系。学院通过整合这些学科，从而研究东南亚和全球的重大环境挑战。学院从事的前沿研究领域包括生态学、地质灾害、气候变化、海平面上升、环境可持续性、环境和生物多样性保护以及环境与社会的相互作用。
